Technical Operations
In this Technical Ops role, you'll take on operational challenges by designing and implementing creative, tech-driven solutions. Your expertise in coding, AI, or no-code platforms will help bridge short-term operational gaps while informing the long-term product roadmap. This is your opportunity to combine technical know-how with strategic thinking & problem solving skills to enhance both internal workflows and customer experiences.
How you'll contribute
Create & implement technical solutions
- Rapidly build and deploy tools using coding languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and no-code platforms (such as Zapier, Bubble, or Airtable) to streamline critical operational processes.
- Experiment with AI or automation to solve pain points, increase efficiency, and uncover new opportunities for scalability.
Enhance product & own client processes
- Be accountable for operations regarding key client deliverables. Attention to detail and excellence in execution is paramount.
- Collaborate with product managers to identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions that may eventually shape or complement our core offerings.
- Continuously assess whether these interim solutions can be scaled or integrated into the product roadmap based on user feedback and business priorities.
Optimize & iterate
- Work closely with engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to refine existing workflows.
- Collect insights on performance, reliability, and user satisfaction, iterating quickly on prototypes and solutions to maximize impact.
Data-driven decision making
- Use relevant metrics—operational throughput, user engagement, conversion or adoption rates—to inform where your technical solutions can add the most value.
- Collaborate with data teams to develop dashboards and monitoring tools, ensuring every initiative is guided by robust analysis and real-time feedback.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Communicate progress using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Asana) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
