About the role
We're looking for a Senior Engineer with solid experience in Java, Kotlin, and SQL who wants to make a mark in the financial world. This role is key in the development and evolution of our technology platform, which handles sensitive financial information and high-impact processes.
This is ideal for someone with technical curiosity, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn about structured finance, debt markets, and how technology can improve access to capital.
We're looking for someone who not only codes, but also integrates AI tools into their daily workflow, from code generation and validation to process optimization and data-driven decision making. We expect you to stay up to date with emerging AI technologies (such as LLMs, autonomous agents, and AI-assisted development tools) and apply them creatively to accelerate software creation and iteration, automate complex tasks, and scale our technological capabilities beyond the traditional.
How you'll contribute
- Integrate information from banks, trust companies, and custodians.
- Develop processes that automatically and flexibly record and reconcile payments.
- Design and maintain scalable and secure backend services.
- Optimize SQL databases and financial data flows.
- Use AI tools to improve development quality and speed.
What we're looking for
Technical experience
- +4 years of experience in backend development (Java/Kotlin/Python).
- Solid knowledge in SQL, microservices, and AWS.
- Interest in financial systems and process automation.
- Clear communication and collaborative mindset.

- Genuine interest in the financial world, debt structuring, or technology applied to finance.
- Curiosity to understand how capital flows, financial instruments, and their representation in technology systems work.
